As Managing Director, I acquired chrome mining assets, secured offtake agreements, and established & managed relationships with local communities. A great deal of work is focused on rehabilitating old mines into agricultural farms and solar farms. In less than two years we managed to acquire a chrome mining asset in partnership with the local community. Won a bid to rehabilitate mine dumps for Samancor in partnership with the local community, attained an offtake agreement from Tharisa Minerals to provide tolling services.

Generate proposals, quotes, and invoices and do debt collection, while providing end-end solutions for deal-making and transactions.During my tenure at Synrgise, I was able to secure contracts with major corporations, including Toyota Group, Africa Mobility Solutions, Woolworths Financial Group, Paramount Group, One Logix, and Services SETA. The Learner Management Solution (e-learning software) was successfully rolled out to over five hundred thousand (500,000) SSETA subscribers. Successfully implemented LMS for the Toyota group in 54 countries, including all 52 African states, and global footprint in the nation of France, and Japan. As an external service provider, worked closely with the communications team to generate multimedia content that visually conveys the university's brand message. This included the production of corporate videos, induction videos, an induction manual, campus map design and printing. In addition to interviewing and communicating with students, professors, the dean, the vice chancellor, university stakeholders, and investors, the responsibilities also included conducting focus groups with university stakeholders.www.ru.ac.za

As the National Head of Production, I had to create and produce all of the television shows for the channel. I designed the daily, weekly and monthly workflows of all the production crew members. Responsibilities also included script writing and directing. The advertising arm of the company meant that the production manager also had to engage regularly with clients to ensure that the adverts speak to their target market and were in line with the brands' identity. In my term as head of Production, I produced 14- Tv Shows with multiple seasons. I established the marketing and advertising division of Deen-TV. Also designed and built all the studios for the offices in Johannesburg, Cape Town and Durban.

Initially hired as a facilitator but was promoted to HOD after a three-month probation period. Redesigned the syllabus while acting as a facilitator for television as well as scriptwriting classes. In my time at CAC, I also built the editing studios, established a green screen studio and introduced the latest production technology which enabled learners to create award-winning content.
