As Head of Events of the Student's Convocation Planning Committee, Covenant University. I have the responsibility of planning, documenting, and executing the various events that will take place for all final-year students of Covenant University in the 2022 set.Accomplishments:1. Team building: I accomplished team building by forming two (2) separate teams for the two events proposed to be held each year, that is, the Jamboree event and the dinner night/awards event.2. Completion of the Jamboree event: With the wonderful group of team members, I at this moment say that teamwork truly pays off. The event was a success and exceeded my expectations.After my accomplishments, I also learned how to deliver as a team, communicate as a team, grow as a team, and share as a team. Such lessons I learned, I will love to share the:1. Communication: Communication in a team is vital, I will say that effective communication is a lifelong learning skill because I know that at a point my communication was poor and caused confusion on the team, and so I realized the larger the team the more synergy will be needed in leading them and then I decided to improve on my communication skills.2. Leadership: If you want to be a leader, you must first be a servant, it is not only natural but scriptural. I have learned and am still learning that being a leader is no play but a responsibility in which if you put in the required learning and work it will turn out well for you and the team.3. Responsibilities: My Chairperson will scold me and say, "you work hard but I need you to get things done faster". Dancom Technologies consists of seven (7) departments and I went on a rotational work schedule in each department before settling with the IT infrastructure departments which involve the following sub-sections: the hardware, software, and networking in both the physical and virtual environments. Configuration of networking services: Given my prior knowledge of a Cisco CCNA course that taught network devices and how to configure them, I was able to understand the task that I was given and apply my knowledge to the completion of the configuration of the switch device.2. At Air peace Limited, I came in and the first thing that struck me is I want to know their mission and vision statement to know how to contribute to the company's goals and achieve the company's goals. The role I got is to be part of the Engineering and Maintenance department and the main responsibility I was given: is: 1. To maintain and ensure the technical fitness of the entire aircraft fleet of the company as well as maintaining and servicing aircraft components, spare parts, and equipment.Given those responsibilities, I was able to accomplish the following feats:1. Technical know-how of the four (4) forces of flight i.e. weight, drag, thrust and lift.2.
