Along with establishing and developing realtor relationships, my daily activities included lead generation, fielding inquiries, preparing loan applications, as well as educating both realtors and their buyers on available financial products and programs, including those created for first-time homeowners.

First World Trade was the corporate parent to both BarterWorld and PartnersInTrade. BarterWorld was an online barter and trade platform created to serve consumers in both the residential as well as business communities.PartnersInTrade was a direct sales and marketing company whose initial product was a comprehensive training program for barter and trade. As Vice President of FWT, my primary area of responsibility was marketing and sales. In addition, I was also in charge of overseeing the day-to-day operations of all divisions, including hiring, training, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as the design, development, and implementation of the company's internal processes. In this capacity, I also managed BarterWorld's outbound call center and business development team as well as their direct sales division, PartnersInTrade.One of my many contributions to the growth of the company was the introduction of an internally customized CRM application through which I successfully streamlined the processes of opportunity tracking from 'suspect' to 'close', post-sale account management, and referral-based lead generation. The implementation of this application saw the company's prospect-to-sales conversion ratio increase by more than 600% while also reducing the typical sales cycle by almost 50%.

TeraGo is a Canadian, facilities-based data communications carrier and ISP. It uses state-of-the-art wireless technologies to provide cost-effective, reliable broadband Internet access.While at TeraGo, I successfully assisted in the launch of the company’s sales initiatives for Eastern Canada, where my team consistently led the nation in customer acquisition and revenue generation. I am most proud of the contribution I made in assisting the company to become cashflow-positive two full years ahead of target.
