I'm the Director of Public Policy in the Nordic markets for the Finnish tech company Wolt. Wolt is a platform company that makes it incredibly easy to discover and get the best offers from local restaurants, grocery stores and other shops delivered to your home or office. We work together with over 55,000 restaurant and retail partners as well as with over 125,000 courier partners across 23 countries and more than 200 cities. I have years of experience in working at the highest levels of Finnish economic policy-making. Before joining the growth story of Wolt, I worked as a State Secretary for the Minister of European Affairs and Ownership Steering and as a Director in the Innovation department of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment. Before these public offices, I was the Chief Economist and Head of Industrial Policy in the Central Organisation of Finnish Trade Unions.
