Worked closely with my Team Lead to form the TLFC Africa Research Network (ARN) by assembling a team of Education and Literacy experts from various African tertiary institutions.iv. Co-led the establishment and managed the African jury responsible for reviewing research proposals for both TLFC and Context Matters research programs.v. Conducted comprehensive reviews of research project proposals, collaborated with the jury, and provided recommendations for successful applications.vi. Track and monitor the progress of ongoing research projects, backstopping the research teams and handling all correspondence between the research teams and CODE.vii. Led the review of final research reports from project teams as part of CODE's EOL team, providing valuable evidence-based advice for context-based literacy improvement interventions in Africa.viii.
