• Annual participation in reviews of salaries and compensations on the labor market (according to the PwC, Ernst&Young, Hay Group methodology).
• Participation in job evaluation (grading) according to the PwC Strata methodology, in the development of base pay (salary ranges) and in the development of local regulatory acts.

• Duties:
• Coordination of surveys.
• Development of questionnaires for surveys.
• Data processing and analyzing of the survey’s results.
• Development of reports and presentations on the results of the projects.
