Responsibilities: ​1. Being POC between Billing Support and other departments of the company; Communicating with stakeholders of different levels (product producers, project managers, platform analysts, team leaders of teams, colleagues from other regions, etc.);2. Releases maintenance (related to the Billing issues) on internal tools, PS Admins, Zendesk, Features and events in games (WoT, WoTB, WoWp, WoWs), main portals, pages with personal account, etc:- Tracking information regarding the release of a new patches (versions), features, events;- Collecting requirements and improvements, making changes to the work processes of the Global Player Support department, etc.;- Analysis and testing of released features, improvements, fixed bugs;- Informing the Billing Support department about any changes and providing all necessary information about new features and how need to work with it.3. Participation in project groups, advise colleagues in matters of my competence related to Billing issues;4. Product onboarding: - Help and support of products on early releases; - Collection of requirements and work on existing developments and templates; - Creation, implementation and control of the project support workflow; - Filling in internal and external knowledge bases;- Preparation of the Billing Player Support service for projects. ​4. Operations management:- Optimizing internal processes, workflows, tools; - Support of proposals for tools optimization (new and current): analysis of proposals for validity, сollection of statistical data, promoting ideas for implementation;- Consulting agents in high-level issues related to Billing and Account directions; - Creating and updating instructions; - Support for filling and changing the external knowledge base in the Customer support portal.
