• Monitor and perform laboratory Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) and Quality Management System (QMS) for multiple, facility specific programmes. • Efficiently manage the daily functions of the Quality Control Laboratory and personnel by controlling analysis of raw materials, blended products and finished goods.• Perform all required testing procedures.• Record all results and quality control data associated with the analytical methods performed, allowing full traceability throughout the products life – cycle.• Perform routine inspections of the laboratory apparatus to assure correct calibration.• Perform audits of the laboratory procedures.• Determine action on issues or concerns.• Verification of any changes which are implemented to assure robust resolution.• Regularly benchmark procedures to maintain high quality output.

• Managing all aspects of production activities and assisting in the governance of production quality and assurance policies.• Managing production lines which batch create a variety of new and repeat order products. • Checking pre-production and production samples meet the required quality standards.• Managing adherence to best practice principals of safety, production, inspection and training.• Ensuring retainer and production samples are stored and labelled correctly.• Assuring process non-conformances are identified and placed on restriction.• To ensure inspection processes are performed in compliance with GMP and SOP procedures.• Responsible for auditing of the finished products and providing specific and stochastic sampling for QC results so that any area of product non-conformance is quickly identified and addressed.• To perform Health and Safety inspections throughout all business premises.• Report issues or concerns and verify any resulting change implementation.• Perform other administrative and miscellaneous duties as required
