I grew up in Estonia, at the time it was Soviet Union. In my early twenties I moved to Boston, MA. Wow, that was a complete turnaround from the life style and beliefs I was raised with. After that I lived in several different cities and states, learning and experiencing life. Now, Fort Pierce, Fl is my home and I am totally in love with it.One of the most important things I learned about myself is I love challenging projects. I mobilize my inner and outer resources, plan, prioritize and implement one step at a time. I congratulate myself and people I work with on any little or big accomplishments. If I make any mistakes, I learn and grow.One of my recent challenges was stepping into a management position with very little experience in that field of work. I was moved to a purchasing department, when my manger abruptly left the company. I stepped in and made planning and purchasing decisions for $50 million+ company for 2 months. That experience was one of the fastest learning curve and biggest responsibility for me. I am very curious and love learning. I am an avid reader, from fiction to non-fiction, from metaphysical to spiritual. I am always open to new ideas, knowledge, and projects. The most important thing I realized is my calling should bless and affect the lives of others for good.
