About Oksana Tomchuk

At the moment I am working as Project Manager. This position includes such activities as cooperation with clients, gathering requirements, working with specifications, invoice creation, conducting stand ups, work with Jira. Previously I have been working as Senior Transformation Specialist. This position includes specificity of business analysis and project management. During last 2 years, I have gained experience in change management, proactive cooperation with new Market, document preparation (new processes were localized and described there). I was part of testing cycles, where system was checked and adopted to client’s needs. I have gained experience as Trainer, while Conducting Capability Building trainings for Wave 2 and Wave 3 Operation teams. My daily work has been based on gap analysis, requirements elicitation, problem-solving activities, interviewing and building trustful relationship between Market and NBS team.Additionally, I have more than 8 years experience in HR sphere. Knowledge of Ukrainian and Czech laws (HR part). Have upper-intermediate level of English, basic knowledge of German and Czech (written one) and native Ukrainian and Russian.
