Holder of a fellowship "Ukrainian-German initiative on biosafety and biosecurity" (2016-2021)Responsibilities and skills:• Develop and perform PCR (qPCR, multiplex PCR, DPO PCR etc.) in field of infectious diseases. • Develop and perform ELISA in field of infectious diseases.• Plasmid molecular cloning for recombinant proteins achievement in E.coli system.• Plasmid molecular cloning for achievement of PCR recombinant positive controls • Protein purification using flash chromatography (Akta start)• Antibody-expressing hybridoma cell culture maintenance • Routine lab methods (nucleic acid extraction, western blot, electrophoresis etc.)• Surveillance studies of hazardous infections (tularemia, anthrax, ASF): collecting the material in fields and lab analyzing• Scientific writing and presentation of the results• Working under the conditions of ISO 17025• PACS laboratory superuser
