I teach courses in core skills, multimedia journalism and multimedia technologies, presentation skills and storytelling. I practice interactive learning and flip teaching. My research interests are in agenda setting theory in the Digital Age, rhythms in interpersonal and mass communication, irrational behavior in media environments.I was awarded The Best Teacher Award in 2012 and 2013. My course 'Presentations production and public speaking' was granted by Educational Innovations Fund.

Coach on management of convergent newsrooms, citizen journalism, marketing and social media marketing at media projects, and financial independence and multi-platform delivery for local media.Conducted more than 60 seminars and webinars for more than 1,200 journalists, editors and media managers from Russia and CIS.

Responsible for developing an intranet network and promoting internal services among production teams. The network is the internal media sphere for the company, which is considered the top innovative company in Russia.

Responsible for the educational part of the School for Citizen Communication on independent media companies in Russian regions. Trains CEOs, editors-in-chief and senior journalists in monthly seminars and webinars. Organizes partnerships with local NGO leaders and university lecturers offline and online on scc.sibirp.ru. Created Taktaktak.ru as an educational platform and developed it into a real base for communication between citizens, NGO activists and journalists.

Senior manager responsible for moving the print publishing house to the multimedia era.We planned and realized one year program of restructuring the publishing house. We revised and rebuild business processes, established multiplatform projects, and personally conducting seminars for journalists, editors and advertising managers. Gained experience in social media marketing and citizen journalism for local community needs. A multimedia educational project “Strategy A” I and Elena Salnikova created, organized and realized was awarded the World Young Reader Prize in 2009 by World Association of Newspapers (WAN). Altapress.ru was named the best regional website in 2009 by the Alliance of Independent Regional Publishers. Altaigate project altapress.ru/vertolet based on a 2-years journalist investigation received the special prize “For Journalism as a deed” from the Russian Union of Journalists in 2010.

Novosibirsk Region, Russian Federation

Managed this department which consisted of more than 30 content and event managers, volunteers and activists developing http://www.cn.ru as a center of communication for about 25,000 people in Novosibirsk. The project was based on social media marketing and UGC (user generated content) principles before social media marketing became common in Russia. The department produced “edutainment” projects. Though a commercial project, it also included social skills development for youth and their parents, like creating space for discussions, online/offline events and regular polls.

Center was part of the Open Russia program, Mikhail Khodorkovsky’s foundation focused on community building and local leaders’ training, increasing grassroots initiatives, volunteering and public action management. Managed three departments of the Center - Volunteers School, Project management School and Free Legal Aid Center. Controlled 25 employees and about 50 part-time experts, tutors and volunteers I managed. Managed all connections with Moscow Headquarters of the foundation, created all educational programs for Center’s Schools. The projects focused on citizen education and public debates about local problems. I overseen all projects and control their budgets. More than 140 local activists took part in trainings and seminars on project management I provided.
