• Collaborate with Planners to ensure timely Stock Transfer Order (STO) deliveries to APAC regions from the Regional Distribution Center (RDC).• Optimize shipping efficiency by selecting appropriate shipping modes and frequencies for each order.• Oversee inventory operations at RDC and country warehouses, ensuring accurate and timely receiving, storage, shipping, and transfers.• Manage 3PL and Freight Forwarders to maintain effective communication and operational processes for all delivery transactions.• Investigate and resolve issues related to shortages, pilferages, and damages with origins, destinations, forwarders, and 3PLs, implementing corrective and preventive measures.• Perform weekly/monthly inventory reconciliation with 3PL to maintain 100% accuracy, leveraging Power BI to analyze error trends and measure service provider SLAs.• Develop tools like a shipment calculator to streamline freight comparison analysis and decision-making.• Build and manage Power BI visualizations to track RDC expenses, including freight and warehouse costs.• Analyze and compare freight quotations from selected forwarders during Bi-Annual RFQ processes.• Ensure accurate vendor payments by developing and maintaining payment systems and performing freight billing validation.• Maintain databases for delivery frequency, shipping modes, and freight expenses to facilitate trend analysis and cost evaluations.• Collaborate with Planners, QA, and 3PLs to minimize blocked materials and oversee the timely disposal of expired or damaged inventory.• Review and validate 3PL Monthly and Quarterly Business Review performance metrics, ensuring alignment with KPIs.• Participate in annual stock audits. • Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings in logistics operations and system procedures.• Develop or update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for logistics processes.

• Handle all incoming shipment for Singapore• Ensure all shipping info are well maintained in the tracking platform. • Coordination of direct & drop-shipment under Exwork• Provide shipping schedule to finance in monthly basis for sales recognition. • Freight import enquiry on freight charge. • Liaise with forwarders on freight quotation based on business requirement.• DG training. • Support 3PL Warehouse activities e.g. stocktake, audit or complaints. • Provide weekly and monthly report to business e.g inventory, CCMS, freight cost, etc• Liaised with insurance company or freight forwarding agent for claim process if there’s any goods damage or missing found before PGI.

• Perform the order entry and review the order backlog.• Work with hub planner on the order confirmation and inform back to the buying affiliate.• Create delivery order and follow up with warehouse on the shipment process.• Liaise with forwarder for the shipment booking and collection.• Provide relevant shipping document per specific requirement from buying affiliate. • Deal with customer complaint on the short shipment/ package damage/ quality issue.
