• Keeping management updated on all matters of relevance relating to the design team and making appropriate recommendations that can enhance the optimal performance of team members.• Creating highly engaging graphics, animation and video content for use across a variety of platforms (web, mobile, video, social and more).• Encoding, converting, editing videos and adding effects/elements to enhance motion graphics.• Selecting appropriate audio, graphics and animation styles for projects.• Participating in brainstorming sessions for new business pitches, existing client work and other opportunities, as needed.• Staying on top of current social media and marketing trends, emerging technologies, and best practices while proactively incorporating them into digital assets• Generating fresh concepts/ideas to visually represent brands and engage online audience.• Liaising between the design and wider Agency teams to ensure deadlines are met.
