Okwori Esther is a Pharmacist and recently certified Data Analyst From the ALX Academy. She has undertaken various pivotal roles at different medical establishments where she utilised leadership, critical thinking, Organizational and pharmaceutical skills to bring about improved efficiency in inventory control, client satisfaction and conflict management to mention a few. In her recently concluded role as a procurement officer, she used her knowledge of data as it regards identifying and observing trends to better determine times, quantity and source of items being procured. This allowed her to make more informed decisions in procuring pharmaceuticals that were constantly being demanded. She also is one who loves to explore and is not afraid to take risks. In her recent role as a procurement officer, this manifested in her ability to procure products that had not be bought before but that she predicted would do well, and her predictions turned out 80% to be true.Esther is a person who is giving to excellence and proactive problem solving. She is passionate about personal development and she aspires to utilise her skills in data analysis and healthcare to impact a change in her world, the people around her, her environment and provide data driven solutions for better business models to achieve improved efficiency throughout her career as a pharmacist and Data Analyst.
