My responsibilities as CFO includes budgeting, book keeping, annual financial statements, salary payments and more. I have also been in charge of all paper work and administration needed to start up this company and the subsidiary - Engineer.it.

Change Manager:- Implementing a common change process for all Aibel lT- Controlling the lifecycle of all IT Changes.- Enable beneficial changes to be made, with minimum disruption to IT services.Service Manager:- Responsible for Client, Local Support, Print, Fax and Asset Management.Project Manager, IT Infrastructure - New Sites.- Making sure that all IT related matters were delivered and operational at the time of migration. This included broadband, servers, switches, UPS, printers, meeting rooms, booking panels, info screens and more.- Follow-up and cooperate with suppliers from planning to inspection phase

I was hired in to help out with many smaller projects. License control and risk review were two of the many tasks I worked with.
