Shared service Job Description :• Preparing Monthly Ageing Report of Debtors and due customer and presenting to Management.• Posting customer payments in SAP by recording cash, cheques and credit card transactions.• Verifying validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from sales, trade promotions, customer service departments and from customers.• Confirming PDCs- Post dated cheques deals for installment basis after making the necessary… Show more Shared service Job Description :• Preparing Monthly Ageing Report of Debtors and due customer and presenting to Management.• Posting customer payments in SAP by recording cash, cheques and credit card transactions.• Verifying validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from sales, trade promotions, customer service departments and from customers.• Confirming PDCs- Post dated cheques deals for installment basis after making the necessary calculations related to interest and monthly installment.• Monitoring bounced cheques and submitting the report to Manager/Chief Accountant.• Uploading/Releasing of vehicle Mortgages in RTA website for PDC/Installment based customers.• Preparing Bank Ageing report for due in the bank finance deals and forwarding it to respective F&I of the all the showrooms.• Posting and reconciling the Debit Notes and Credit Notes from ADNIC - Abu Dhabi National Insurance Company and AWNIC - Al Wathba National Insurance Company.• Preparing various Commissions – F&I Commission against Bank Finance & insurance, Sales Advisors Commission against Sales of vehicles and Credit Control Departments commission against collection of the customer’s dues.• Confirming workshop and aftersales incentive.• Maintaining and reconciling all the important G/L Accounts in the SAP ERP.• Preparing Refund related to cancellation of customer deals.• Prepare other reports like NCND Report and maintaining credit balances on monthly basis.• Preparing SOA – Sales of Accounts for customers whenever requested by Management.
