A project covering investigating improvements and developing processes at R&D department at Cochlear Nordic. The work was covering finding the root cause of the problem together with statistical data analysis.

At the end we were certified in development leadership (Utvecklande leaderskap).In my role as boat/squad leader of a combat boat 90HS I was responsible for combat planning and direction for the crew of three marines and up to twenty infantry marines. To motivate the inductees to continuously perform better was a big part in my daily work.Discipline, stress-tolerance and teamwork skills were as important as responsibility and leadership skills.
