I was responsible for managing a workforce of 300 people. This was across a range of specialist trades; each trade consisting of a manager, a supervisor and a team of up to 30 individuals. During this period managed several construction sites of £2,000,000 - £3,000,000 with a yearly intake of 55 apprentices in building trades. Recruited and Implemented Women in Management scheme for 10 female operatives to be trained into management and surveying roles with 80% achieving this goal.
