At El Moasser Books, I work as a software tester, ensuring the quality and functionality of the company's online educational platform and e-books. I have been in this role for over two years, collaborating with developers and designers to create and execute test cases, identify and report bugs, and resolve issues. I have a Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) and experience in testing application programming interfaces (APIs).I also have a strong background in graphic design, which I apply to enhance the user interface and user experience of the products.I hold a bachelor's degree in journalism from Cairo University, where I learned the fundamentals of media production, communication, and research.
