  Responsibilities:• Ensured the effectiveness of all scrum ceremonies through continuous coaching on purpose, team members roles, and responsibilities, and calling out anti-patterns. • Facilitated workshops on story-slicing techniques so teams can break down large user stories into manageable sizes. • Regular meetings with management and stakeholders on the allocation of resources whilst protecting the team from external distractions. • Created customized boards, filters, and reports and encouraged stakeholders subscribe to follow the team’s progress • Caused the removal of impediments to allow the team to focus on value delivery • Guided the product owner on PBI refinement to reduce the impact of external dependencies by reworking and further decomposing the PBIs to be more independent of each other. • Reduced external dependencies impact by meeting the team responsible sprints in advance to resolve tasks and solutions.
