I am an IT enthusiast and have gained IT certifications through various courses I have completed CompTIA A+ Essentials and IT Technician and also MCTS Windows Vista and also MCITP Consumer Support Technician in Vista and ITIL. Through my work experience I have gained excellent customer service skills in many different environments. Through my previous role I have found that the need for both excellent communication and professionalism towards both your colleagues and your customers is essential this has helped me develop analytical skills through assessing problems and finding solutions, communicating effectively within a team environment as well as with people on all levels with the ability to prioritise my work effectively to meet deadlines.I am always enthusiastic to better myself and increase my technical knowledge and have found that to be a key motivator in my work. Using that I have pushed myself and have now become a key member of the service desk and I am now responsible for looking after our new staff members. In the future I hope to achieve a position providing 3rd line support or moving into management on the service desk and even beyond that.
