Impact Water is a social business that delivers safe drinking water to institutions. We offer modern water purification systems, Currently, we are primarily working with schools in Nigeria. Our primary goal is to ensure benefiting institutions continually have access to safe drinking water by both students and staff.However, we envision a world where everyone has reliable and easy access to safe drinking water to support their health and well-being.As a Senior Officer - Water Treatment Distribution Project, I developed a supply chain process on product packaging, product tracking, and worked with other departments on logistics of getting safe water product to different states for distribution to beneficiary schools through the help of highly trained field agents.I also ensured data monitoring by checking data submissions to the data base to ensure quality data is submitted and all 11,000 beneficiary schools received safe water treatment solutions across NigeriaTo undersand the needs of schools I supervised a group of callers for follow up calls to beneficiary schools to confirm receival of safe water product and digitally engage these schools on product usage, offer immediate solutions to school complaint while ceasing the opportunity to update school information profile on the database

Our goal is to provide affordable and sustainable drinking water to millions of Nigerians across the country through the Water Purification Service, including the installation of water purification technology, preventive maintenance, and provision to education institutions. As the Head of Carbon Compliance team. I got motivation and excitement in rigorous monitoring and evaluation of hundreds of beneficiary schools via survey to ensure that safe water products are successfully installed by trained technicians in schools, confirm the systems are functioning every time while identifying and gathering data on schools that needs system repair and maintenance, and to make sure the functioning systems in schools are being used to increase the access to safe drinking water to prevent the outbreak of diseases. Overall, I pursued the goal to ensure that beneficiary schools are complaint in the constant usage of the safe water treatment technology

After the installation of water treatment devices in thousands of schools, it was important to track beneficiary schools to have updated metrics on installation, functioning and drinking.I played a key role in training field agents and what needs to be looked out for during monitoring as well as using a survey tool for data collection. This phase helped to track schools with functioning and drinking issues.The report on these issues to the stakeholders led to the development of improved tools in data collection e.g Taroworks, creation of management information system to ensure data quality and tracking, proper report generation from Salesforce, follow up calls to schools for digital engagement on product usage, and future program that will increase the knowledge on the importance of safe drinking water in Nigeria

In this phase I gained quality skills in Data entry, cleaning, updating and analysis of information on Nigeria's Primary and Secondary's information on access to drinkable water supply.I digitized and format 3000 Nigeria school information for Aquatabs - a safe water treatment solution distributionTo ensure schools are not double counted, I format data to identify and remove data duplicatesI collaborated and supervised the team that prepared all the materials needed for safe water solution distribution while motivating everyone in the team to perform the task assigned to them while I ensured quality assuranceI provided weekly report on the number of schools harvested with updated profile details to get them ready for upload to the cloud database.
