Responsible for all aspects of product inventory and store merchandising at an individual store level. This includes: shipping and receiving functions, warehouse organization, integrity of physical products(stock counts), accuracy and integrity of inventory documentation, look and feel of store sales floor including maintaining store planograms, ensuring product are stocked in all appropriate locations, advertised and unadvertised signage is set as well as pricing accuracy, clearance and open box maintenance. This role also assist in hiring, coaching, developing, training, and performance manage these teams. They will ensure all areas of responsibility are performed efficiently and effectively while driving and enabling a world class employee and customer experience.
