• Preparation of monthly budget and budget utilization reports.• Preparation of monthly bank reconciliation statements.• Preparation of monthly trial balances for the operational accounts.• Daily preparation of payment vouchers.• Keeping of cheques/cash book for the two accounts.• Monthly reconciliation of staff cash advances ledgers.• Keeping and update of the general ledger.• Production of monthly financial reports with all the above.• Liaising with internal and external auditors.• Cheques/cash disbursement.• Preparation of annual proposed budget.• Payment and reconciliation of Utility bills of the office.
