I have 12 years of experience from executive leadership teams in mid-size and large corporations within ITC, Consulting and Facility Management. Having spent many years in different countries and in corporations from various nations, I am used to manage cultural differences and diverse teams. As a manager I am unafraid, pedagogical and results oriented. I believe in the importance of high-performing teams and the value of leading by example. My interest in innovation and new technologies makes driving change and continuous improvement a natural part om my leadership style.As a person I am persistent, curious and loyal. I value integrity and honesty. My colleagues describe me as someone who understands the full picture, also in complex circumstances, and with the ability to explain it in a comprehensible way.Over the last years I am most proud of having turned around a loss-making sales unit, rebuilt a dispersed business unit into an efficient value creating organization, managed a merger between two equally sized ITC companies, continuously achieved or outperformed budget targets and performance goals, as well as having developed several talented individuals into highly capable and experienced leaders.
