I established clientele base for the company and established the company as diverse service provider in the built environment industry such as Facility management of buildings, property management, Landscape services.I extended provision of consultancy services under the company to other start up construction company such as TETRANGLES PROJECT Ltd. I deployed cost effective project management framework for the construction company for their different site locations while maintaining quality, timeline, scope and budget of their projects. Architectural consultancy services was to interface with clients that require turnkey (design and build) projects by taking the design brief from clients that informed cost effective, contemporary and sustainable architectural designs.
