In the area of ServiceNow Business analyst, I have been working as a ServiceNow BA for a while. My day-to-day responsibilities include but not limited to; eliciting requirement gatherings from service owners or stakeholders, reviewing and evaluating intake requirement queues in the product backlog, Validate workflows to identify potential problems, identifying approach recommendation, translating requirements into technical functional requirement documents to create user stories, defining solutions for business needs, defining test cases to support testing, documenting, and providing overall support to the initiatives from requirement gatherings to post implementation phases. I have worked on different modules most especially on the area of ITSM tools that facilitate tasks and workflows associated with the management and delivery of quality IT services such as: Service request fulfillment, Incident Management, problem management, change management, Knowledge Article, and CMDB (Configuration Management Database).Thank you.
