I am responsible for setting the overall direction of the country operation as well as the day-to-day operational management. I ensure that an open and trust-based dialogue through regular coordination meetings for desired result on our citizens led accountability and transparency for better governance drive project in Yobe, Niger and Osun State, NigeriaI ensure that the country’s senior management team is effective, mutually supporting and sufficiently involved in key decision-making.I work with all key staff while taking leadership of development of country programme within strategic objectives.I ensure that EDF maintains excellent and productive relations with key stakeholders, especially beneficiaries, local authorities, humanitarian actors, and donors.• I lead the process of identifying and exploring potential options for funding through strategic donor mapping.I facilitate the programs of strengthening and capacity building for our stakeholders implementing our media advocacy project across 6 subnational conducting radio advocacy and sensitization on accountability and transparency in subnational and local governance in Nigeria • I lead the team on, design, develop and take the lead of the country’s advocacy strategy and all levels stakeholders’ engagement on Girls On The Street project (GOTSI) and other GESI interventions to engender accountability and inclusive governance across our subnational in Nigeria• I provide overall accountability for security, by conducting risk assessment and ensuring adherence to security procedures, monitoring of the safety situation, analysing and provision of recommendations according to safeguard and safety policy.• I Work with Head of Support Services and HR, analyze and develop strategic staffing plans and budgets to secure the right people with skills in the right place.I ensure that standard regulations, compliance, and operational procedures are followed by all staff.

I lead the implementation of iSODAF program supporting and strengthening OGPin Niger, Kwara and Kogi State respectively through active citizens mobilization, engagement and sensitization using media advocacy. I lead the Niger State Accountability and Transparency Group that engage, a project of iSODAF that provide a robust platform for Non-State actors to engage state actors on governance and accountability across governments program's, intervention and services in Niger State.I lead the state level strengthening community engagement and accountability for Primary Health Care in Niger State, a project funded by @BudgIT to promote quality of service delivery through accountability of duty bearers as reported by citizens using technology.i anchor 4 radio advocacy programs on governance, transparency and accountability engagement at 2 subnational levels in North Central Nigeria and feature in 3 others to promote inclusive governance

Responsible for community response on all HIV/AIDS related activities in the state.Coordinating officer for all IPs working on HIV/AIDS in the state,Responsible for development of ToR and concept papers on consultancy services on HIV/AIDS in the state.Responsible for ALL publications in print and electronic media on HIV/AIDS activities in the State.Good technical report writing and proficient in programme monitoring and evaluation.

Supported the capacity of assessment of 10 subnational level MDAs on gender mainstreaming into programs and services in Niger, Kogi and Benue State respectively.Supported the development of gender mainstreaming policy in 3 subnationalSupported capacity building trainings and on the job training to implement the gender mainstreaming policies
