I conceived the idea of implementing a skill acquisition training programme, developed a 5-week implementation plan from idea conceptualization, development of training curriculum, sourcing & engagement of trainers, marketing and publicity, creation of training contents, registration of trainees, administration of training sessions and issuance of training certificate to participants. I worked with a team of seven (7) persons of which two were administrative and five were trainers. The training covered five areas; decorations & event management, catering, bead-making & wireworks, make-up & gele and soap-making.
