I worked as a volunteer for the Nutrition Society of Nigeria (Education Committee) on her Maiden Webinar titled- Leveraging AI for Enhanced Nutrition Education in Nigeria.I worked with other team members to develop the webinars to plan and execute all aspect of the webinar. My contributions included managing communications with the speaker, developing content for publicity and managing technical logistics.

The project aimed to increase fruit and vegetable intake in low-income adult population in urban areas in Hanoi, Vietnam and Ibadan, Nigeria. This project focuses on three food system interventions, co-created with vendors and consumers, to address the issues of availability, accessibility and affordability of fruit and vegetable.The project was funded by the Bill and Melinda Gate Foundation in collaboration with the Department of Human Nutrition and Dietetics, University of Ibadan; Wageningen University and Research among others.
