1. • Supervising the SMC NOC Operations.• Managing all SMC’s applications and ensure that it is up and running.• Responsible for the Design and Development of SMC’s Application Database.• Ensure regular back up of all the SMC’s applications and other tools with the NOC.• Develop interface or queries on Statistical data from various databases.• Preparation of SMCs Performance technical report.• Develop project documentation and process for SIMS IT Project
