Knowit ICEThe Infra Company that became the Infra and Cloud company – Knowit ICE. I started in 2012 with a good idea and a lot of energy.The task to build an Infrastructure Transformation company in the Knowit Group. Thanks Johan Strid and Per Wallentin for the trust! The following years I had the privilege to be the CEO of Knowit ICE. After a year of hard work, we were able to continue to grow outside of Malmö. An Office in Stockholm was established, and I got Jonas Jareborg onboard. We delivered excellent services to our clients and continued to grow, more and more people started to work with us. Patrik Samuelsson took charge of the Malmö team and 2016 we merged our forces with Infra group in Gothenburg and the Cloud initiative in Stockholm and became a national Infra and Cloud company with Tobias Linder in Gothenburg and soon Tony Regnhamn managing Cloud offerings.Apx 50 people all in all, and we were doing fine and had so much fun! Thank you all! Thanks to all of the clients I hade the opportunity to meet and deliver our services to, thanks to you all, many of you a consider friends today! In 2018 I decide to leave Knowit ICE, so I wish you all the best in the future. Head of delivery - NorthJuly 2011 - May 2012 Head of delivery North, one of two areas in Cap Gemini ITS Nordic. Main goal to accelerate the growth and set the structure for the region. Manage to recruit well above targets, which resulted the number of employees during first 6 months, and still kept margin and budget. The organization consisted of highly skilled project and Program Managers and IT Architects.I was fully responsible for the delivery in the region North, in total about 1 team manager and 30 consultants. Key Account - Prime clientDecember 2011 - May 2012In the end of 2011 I move into a Key Account manager role for a prime client for ITS Nordic. The work included bid team work, contractual work, negotiations and finalizing the deal including setting up the team for delivery. The deal was won! Partnership contactOctober 2011 - May 2012In line with the global initiative to strengthen the partnerships for ITS, I acted as the ITS Nordic representative. In the goal was to set up/deepening the relation with the global partners locally in Nordic and when needed specific local partners. My tasks was to align the delivery, contract and collaborations with the partners.Arranging management meetings and setting up knowledge transfer between the companies and so on. All goals were reached.
