- Developing and leading the Finance and Risk Controlling function/team in all related aspects – Accounting, FP&A, Forecasting, Reporting, Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, Risk Reporting- Sparring partner to the CEO in all financial matters / funding rounds and point of contract for investors - Responsible of business planning, quarterly forecasting, ad hoc analysis as well as monthly/quarterly statutory/regulatory reporting (HGB, RechKredV,WpIG & MaRisk), management / board reporting/presentations- Development/optimization of finance processes, introduction of costcenter reporting, implementation of a new accounting software and introduction of project controlling - Successfully leading applications for governmental subsidies and grants - Preparation of annual financial statements and performing annual audits in accordance with all relevant regulations (HGB, KWG, WpIG, MaRisk, etc.)

- Building as one of the first 10 employees the Finance & Risk function – FP&A, Accounting, Controlling, Regulatory & Risk – from scratch, and scaling the company from pre market launch to 150+ employees- Leading & developing the Finance & Risk department from early stage to Series B- Responsible for business planning & forecasting / statutory (HGB, RechKredV, IFRS), management and investor reporting / supporting funding rounds and financial due diligence- Regulatory reporting in accordance with CRR, KWG, LiqV, FinaV, FinaRisikoV, SolV, etc. / point of contact for BaFin & Bundesbank- Preparation of annual financial statements and performing annual audits in accordance with all relevant regulations

- Leading Finance team in all operational tasks - AP/AR, asset accounting, monthly closing, management and investor reports- Business Planning and forecasting - Development and optimization of processes within Finance and across the company, i.e. PO approval process, budgeting- Finance stream lead in the ERP implementation

- Advisory in Finance and Processes – Process analysis & optimization in Finance, Controlling & Accounting- Leading projects in business transformation, IFRS conversions, process improvement and quality assurance (SAP FI/CO)- Project management / SAP ERP implementation and release upgrades in SAP FI/CO, introduction and implementation New G/L, Cost of Sales

- Controlling – Primary Care Business Unit & Shared Functions (i.e. HR, Legal, etc.)- Operational planning/forecasting, budgeting, monthly reporting and ad hoc analysis- Pricing and product launch preparations (i.e. business case calculations)

- Marketing/Information services- Data analysis- Campaign management- IT - Data base support

- Administration- Advancement of internal calculation models- Customer service and product line revision
