About ten years ago, I started my journey towards learning by participating in the first coaching workshop. Thereafter, I trained hundreds of young people for their stay abroad. Creating the perfect learning environment and matching the personnel needs of the participants to those of the organisation has always been one of my main priorities. In the subsequent years, I expanded further to coach volunteers about to become trainers and facilitators themselves. From 2020 to 2022 I have been part of a project management team that successfull converted onsite trainings to the online world.
