• Monthly closing process for these entities and performing analysis thereon including intercompany matching and reporting on (non-operational) EBITA, Working Capital, Free Cash Flow and Headcount
• Preparing annual Budget of global headquarters including calculating Management and Royalty fees
• Preparation of Statutory Financial Statements for the holding companies and contributing to Consolidated Financial Statement
• Analysis of quarterly consolidation packages of various operating companies
• Preparing monthly Cost Reports for various corporate departments

• Responsible for monthly, quarterly and year-end closing. Preparation of internal and external reporting.
• Filing of VAT returns (NL, BE, UK) and intra-community statistics (NL, BE) as well as the annual VAT refund for other countries. CBS filings
• Preparing Balance Sheet Specifications, correcting and clearing of suspense accounts
• Maintaining the tax knowledge on the finance department through training and presentations
• Performing SOX activities for relevant cycles
• Processing of Payroll and related bookings
