In my role as IT Analyst HR Systems, I was asked to take the position of data lead in the project team responsible for the international implementation of the new HR core system Workday. I also participated in the vendor selection. The goal is to replace all HR core systems in France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain and the Netherlands to merge all data into one central system.In this role I am responsible for data gathering, analysis, conversion, mapping and translations.
