In my role as IT Analyst HR Systems, I was asked to take the position of data lead in the project team responsible for the international implementation of the new HR core system Workday. I also participated in the vendor selection. The goal is to replace all HR core systems in France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain and the Netherlands to merge all data into one central system.In this role I am responsible for data gathering, analysis, conversion, mapping and translations. Within my role in this digital translation project team, I work closely with the various data owners in the above countries to translate raw data from HR core systems such as AFAS, ADP, Alicia and eBlox into data templates.

I worked here as a senior application manager. My work consisted of, among other things, guiding new software releases and testing, designing and managing multiple applications and information systems through change and release management (ITIL), interface management, problem analysis, user support and training, maintaining contacts with suppliers regarding substantive and functional questions, coordination of improvement processes and information requests, data analysis, provision of management information and the creation of end-user applications through tools such as Jaspersoft iReport, Paradox, Topdesk, Verseon, Lync, GouwIT reporting, MsAcces and Toad for Oracle SQL. Goals achieved: - I was behind the migration of the above-mentioned municipalities. During these processes I was responsible for quality checks at database level and trying to connect exported data from the source systems and the imported data within our database. - In my position I have taken care of various standardisations within the information flows towards the management team with the aim of saving time and providing more overview, which was successful because a time saving of 20% was achieved. For example, I developed several standard monthly reports that were directly accessible to the people involved through an interface, with which reports could be made to the client, in this case the Mayor and City Counsel Members of the municipalities involved. - Arranged multiple end-user knowledge sessions on the use of the available software packages with the aim of making the most optimal use of the systems. - Organized improvement sessions with the application management team members, system engineers and key users from all departments with the aim of formulating improvement proposals for suppliers, pointing out changes and wishes and optimizing our own setup.
