• Developing the team and ensuring the quality of work and the design & specification is to the client’s intent and satisfaction.• Managing the CAD team to provide overall design support UAE, Qatar, Kuwait,Oman and KSA.• Log incoming enquiries from clients and task from Sales by way of a register and update this regularly.• Able to design architectural lighting, develop and maintain a professional approach. • Attend project / site meetings and co-ordinate with Clients / Consultants / Contractors when lighting design issues occur, and to provide technical solution on lighting aspects• Efficiently assign enquiries and tasks to the Design Coordinators• Guide the design coordinators on their daily tasks• Ensure the quality of work produced by the design coordinators is of the highest level by constant monitoring.• Ensure all completed works (BOQ, Specs, CAD and Presentations) are thoroughly reviewed and error free prior to submission and with in set timescales/deadlines.• Identify the design coordinators weakness and drawback and propose solutions / training for their development.• Personally take up enquiries and tasks and have it completed with quality and in time. (CAD, Specs, CAD and Presentation)• Ensure the Time Sheets are updated by the design coordinators on a daily basis• Prepare a consolidated monthly summary of all the Design Coordinators Time Sheets• Assist the Design Manager in preparing presentations• Prepare specifications and BOQ for Non-Design / Tender projects• Acquire quotes/prices from suppliers• Continuous learning for development of self and team members.

Designs lighting layout schemes for all incoming projects that caters to customer's standard.Calculates lux level of designed layout as per specifications and requirements.Generates CAD drawings as per results on lux calculation report.Supplies drawing that will be used as a guide by every other link in the chain of construction.Revision of all CAD drawings as per clients, manager's and engineer's specification and instructions.Prepares transmittal record of drawings and specifications.Reports directly to the Division Manager and provides updates and feedbacks on all CAD drawings issued as well as new and upcoming projects.
