About Olajuwon Dele

As a Robotics Engineer with a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Trinity College Dublin, I am passionate about pushing the boundaries of robotics and advancing the field. I have a strong background in CAD, CFD and FEA simulation, and kinematic modeling, as well as software development skills in Arduino, Python, MATLAB, C++, ROS1/2 and more.I have contributed to various projects involving 3D printing, hardware design, kinematic optimisation, and autonomous systems, both in academic and professional settings. Most recently, I was a Hardware Engineer Intern at Eiratech Robotics, where I designed and constructed a 3D printed heated insert press rig, performed design verification testing of tote racking system and electronics bracketry, and designed a 3D printer enclosure with a safe ventilation system. I also worked as a Deputy Lead Perception Engineer at Formula Trinity, creating an autonomous vehicle that can traverse obstacles using reinforcement learning, deep learning, computer vision, and AI, alongside a student-led team. Additionally, I was a Research Intern at Polytechnique Montréal, designing and experimenting with an underactuated walking robot, and a Research Assistant at Trinity College Dublin, working on a project related to SLM 3D printing and computer vision.Ultimately, my goal is to make meaningful contributions to the advancement and practical applications of robotics by exploring roles in AI, mechatronics, software development, mechanical design, and research. https://github.com/OlajuwonDele
