Leading the industrialization part of the projects.Responsible for product cost calculations & analysis. Works with QVE, to reduce production cost & improve margin on products.Acting as global support for Schneider Electric & subcontractors , mainly in europe within the injection molding process.Creating the machine specifications needed for each new project.Leading the implementation of new assembly machines & processes in international projects.Acting as the link between offer development & the offer management. Budget responsible for all Investments in the projects.Makes the consolidated standard cost calculations & based on this make the most cost effective investment needed for each new project.Part of the global skillsnetwork within Schneider Electric .

Leading the investments & implementations in local projects as project leader at the production plant in Nyköping Sweden. Also worked as injection moulding machine setter & basic robot programming.Worked a lot with OEE , NEE & technical support.Responsible for training of machine operators & injection moulding operators , SMED etc..Worked with tool designers & tool specifications.Responsible for implementation of new tools & new moulding machines.

Worked asproduction planner , stamping machine setter , molding machine setter , powder coating technology , packaging lines , assembly lines , part of the comitte for new production improvements in the plant , responsible for some parts in projects.Part of the development of the new production planning & financial software GUDA-XDuring the implementation of the new software I worked as a trainer to support the production resources in production planning etc..
