Specialized in advising Technology, Fintech, Cryptocurrency, and Blockchain tech companies across Africa.▪I guided startup founders on deal structuring, multi-jurisdiction regulatory compliance, licensing, fundraising (Seed & Pre-Seed), IP asset acquisitions, and expansion plans. ▪ I also assisted startups with launches in various jurisdictions, including incorporation in Delaware, Estonia, BVI, Mauritius, Seychelles, Ghana and other African countries.
