Mandated to lead PACE's strategic direction while communicating and implementing a balanced dichotomy between vision and operations internally and externally so that all employees, partners, suppliers, and contractors understand the company-wide strategic plan and how it carries out the company's overall goals.Through developing inclusive planning processes and translating strategies into actionable and quantitative plans, I am tasked with mobilizing and managing teams of individuals charged with executing strategies.All these are reflected in the strategic alliances that PACE has with critical stakeholders such as Nigerian University Games Association (NUGA), National Universities Commission (NUC) and Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) for its pioneer asset, HiFL (Higher Institutions Football League), Nigeria's biggest collegiate football competition and one of Africa's biggest.

Primarily tasked with building and positioning all Higher Institutions Sports League (HiSL) assets starting with HiFL as sustainable impact platforms (socially and nationally) and value-driven (for brands, sponsors and partners) while remaining globally competitive, I lead the central team’s operations in co-ordinating the activities of our partners and a 6-agency ecosystem tasked with media/ content/ activations/ PR/ production/ digital management.With the team, I also manage sponsorship and partnership efforts with a portfolio encasing some of the biggest players across business and sports locally and internationally. We are committed to empowering local collegiate athletic brands and integrating them in our framework of scalable competitions that will add value to the athletes, schools, grassroots sports, our partners and the country.

Served as the Lead Consultant to the Institute's Founder, legendary African filmmaker Tunde Kelani on the creation of a top ranked indigenous, culturally aware Film School for young Africans passionate about telling the continent's story through film.Leading the founding team in my dual role as the school's Head of Strategy and Marketing, I am tasked with curriculum/module development and a sustainable model for talent development. This mandate birthed the Film School Basic (FSB) and Film School Advanced (FSA) programmes, as well as Master Classes delivered by a faculty of renowned industry giants.

Led the consultancy business and marketing solutions for one of Nigeria's biggest travel companies.Created and executed campus activations, most notably the National Campus Tour for the award-winning film “Dazzling Mirage”.Spearheaded negotiations and engagement with critical stakeholders including the appropriate authorities of tertiary institutions pan-Nigeria and industry practitioners; Managed itineraries for guest celebrities on tour.Led campus marketing efforts including volunteer recruitment & management, student database management, reach & engagement and digital activations.

Founded the company as Nigeria’s first weekends-only campus-based restaurant powered by the culinary ingenuity of student chefs who are encouraged to create uniquely original recipes for adventurous buds in the tertiary institutions space.Established the company's reputation as an exquisite eatery of choice for the University of Ibadan community and drove its emergence as a pioneer grant recipient of the Tony Elumelu Entrepreneurship Programme in 2015.

Developed a strategy plan on expanding student reach and increasing student signups for the competition in the University of Ibadan while engaging relevant stakeholders including university management and student bodies for approval, support and participation. Also supported the recruitment efforts and management of key volunteer staff.
