When Lyse unified its telecommunications efforts under Lyse Tele AS, I embraced the opportunity to contribute to building an outstanding, strategically aligned organization. In my role as Director of Enterprise Management in the Technology division, I am part of the leadership team, where I focus on creating an integrated approach to enterprise strategy and operations.I provide strategic and operational support to the Division Director and leadership, overseeing prioritization, cross-functional alignment, and continuous improvement initiatives. My role involves driving transformation in close collaboration with HR, the transformation office, and counterparts across divisions, ensuring our projects support both divisional and organizational goals.A core focus has been promoting cross-functional collaboration across the B2C, B2B, and Infrastructure divisions. I’m responsible for our OKRs, sustainability strategy implementation, and driving operational excellence across Technology. In 2024, I prioritized maintaining stable operations in our fixed and mobile ventures while integrating approximately 1,400 employees from Altibox, Ice, and other units into Lyse Tele.With a small team, I have established an effective internal communication and leadership structure, developed our internal information management strategy, optimized recruitment, and initiated collaborative efforts with Norwegian student associations like TIHLDE. Additionally, I am actively supporting our agile transformation by creating fusion teams to bridge business and IT.In October 2024, I organized our first Technology Division gathering to celebrate our expertise and unity as a telecom leader in Norway. Nearly 400 people participated, with parallel sessions, live streaming, and contributions from internal and external speakers. Following a change in management at Altibox, I assumed the role of Deputy CTO and Head of IT & Applications, overseeing the full scope of software and IT operations across the organization. Reporting directly to the CTO, who focused on core telecom development and enterprise management, I led initiatives that bridged operational efficiency with business strategy.In April 2019, after years of development, we successfully launched a new BSS platform for Lyse Group’s telecom operations with our largest partner, Viken Fiber. I took ownership of the platform post-launch, establishing robust operations and ensuring ongoing improvements. Over the next years, I managed the complex process of onboarding 27 additional partners, building a cohesive organization, streamlining partner coordination, and implementing a SIAM model to unify efforts across teams and vendors.In 2020, this role became one of the most pivotal of my career. As the COVID-19 pandemic struck and Norway entered a national lockdown, I played a critical role in sustaining continuous operations with an organization of 200-300 professionals, swiftly transitioning to a distributed work model. This experience underscored our resilience and adaptability, as Altibox maintained its #1 ranking in EPSI ratings for broadband in Norway for 2019, 2020, and 2021—marking 12 consecutive years of customer satisfaction leadership.

Utilizing best practises and agile methodology to establish and maintain a scalable, efficient and high-velocity development department consisting of experienced developers with top competence and external development partners. We develop the Altibox product across all domains; IPTV, web-solutions, next generation user communication systems (voice, video, m2m, etc.), B/OSS-platform and mobile applications. Our customers are the Altibox' partners in Norway and Denmark which have 250.000 residental and corporate FTTH customers consuming the services on a daily basis.
