As part of my duties, my job is to visit each placement site of each Summer Youth Work Experience Program participant (SYWEP), Each week I meet with the onsite supervisors to interview them and their participant. The information I gather is documented. My position was created to ensure that the participants and supervisors are using our program to its full potential.
