• Initiate and close sales for a leading supplier of corporate and promotional gift items. • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plan which will meet both personal and business goal of expanding customer base.• Researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvement.• Maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance in person, email and via telephone calls.• Preparation of reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information.• Making accurate, rapid cost calculation and providing customers with quotation.• Build relationships with key decision makers and match customers with the right solutions for their needs.• Responsible for sourcing, pricing, negotiating, and expediting the delivery of goods and services as assigned.• Ensuring quality, cost effective products services are delivered in a timely manner. • Executes stocking and delivery programs.• Develop and manage supplier relationships on an on-going basis. • Manage supplier quality as it relates to procurement.• Negotiates contracts with suppliers and/or subcontractors to minimize the liability of the company. Contracts which address issues such as stocking or consignment programs, unit price, delivery, terms and conditions, etc.• Maintain compliance with relevant guidelines.
