About Olaniyi Olaniyan

I am a Rotary Peace Fellow. I have been in the development work for over 15 years with specific interest in community peace building, gender related issues, particularly initiatives towards reducing violence against women, girls and other marginalised groups.My current engagement is in media development towards good governance. I have been on several projects funded by international development partners which include: DFID, British Council and the European Union.Been part of project design and implementation assignments has help me develop so much skills in project management. I have seen tangible results contributing to societal development, particularly in the Niger Delta area of Nigeria and across Nigeria.
