Henry Otega Collins Enterprise is a private cocacola distributor/dealer/investor in Burknor area of Jakande Estate.., that supply coca cola products to 8 local government area in ikotun.MY FUNCTION; 1.I work as the distributor dispatcher, cleaning generated orders per day, mapping and loading them on trucks via Distributor Enterprise Portal.2. logistics and store manager assistant ; assists the store manager to supervise and confirm loading of assigned products on trucks.3. Administrative managerial assistant ; manages enquiries, complaints, and sale of products in the depot and general smooth runnings and coordination in the absence of the director.

Ensuring their is proper rapport with the customer through building relationship by constant visitation and proper healthy communication. Generate sales/ order from planned daily calls. Constantly keeping customers apprised of new information on promotions, prices, new products etc,. Visiting customers on their call days to check stocks on warm, cold and store display with the intention of recommending depleted stocks hence generating sales with the aid of profit story and products benefits and needs. After sale follow up to ensure on time delivery and quick sell out.Batching orders generated on sale device at each outlet visited, and synchronising it to the company's data base. Cumulating and sending day to day report of daily activities to Line manager.
