As the Quality and Safety Manager of an EASA line station, Airtech Aviation Support Services Limited, a technical handling company (MRO) for some international airlines (British Airways, Qatar, Emirates, Virgin, Turkish, Air Italy) having stations in Lagos, Abuja and Ghana Line stations:• I did the work of a compliance officer ensuring that the company's procedures meet and surpass the client’s standards and also all applicable regulatory standards. • I liaised with regulatory bodies on compliance issues that has to do with the organization.• I contacted aircraft manufacturers for support on maintenance issues.• I developed manuals relating to Quality and Safety in the organisation. • I developed the training program, also I developed and delivered trainings relating to Quality and Safety of the organisation to staff of the company. • I developed Audit Programs and carried out periodic audits on sections of the organisation as required, • I developed and implemented the SMS for the organization. I basically managed the Quality and Safety System of the AMO in compliance with its certification standards.

Hands on experience on EMB 135/145 aircraft, participating in L1, L2, up to L4 scheduled maintenance checks and unscheduled maintenance checks. I was also involved in heavy duty aircraft maintenance scheduled (up to D-Check) and unscheduled checks, line maintenance, working on aircraft electrical, radio, autopilot, fire systems, e.t.c on S76 and S92 aircraft.On the Job training as licensed Avionics engineer with a B1/B2 Emb 135/145 type.
