• Managing a team of 3 employees • Attending meetings with clients and discuss potential business cooperation.• Present the company in conferences and other events. • Handling clients' requests and agree on terms & conditions• Providing the clients with a consulting on the required vacancies Vs market• Distributing the work load over the Recruitment team• Following up with the team on the deadlines given to clients and whether they are met.• Monitoring the recruitment process and take corrective actions when necessary • Preparing a periodical report to the CEO on the performance of the department and the progress of the business. • Using different channels to advertise for the new vacancies. • Screening CVs for the right caliber & conducting interviews • Providing the client with an assessment report of each shortlisted candidate. • Creating innovative solutions for headhunting calibres• Branding for the company name in the market through different channels. • Building the database In addition some HR Management duties:• Managing internal system and developing policies & procedures • Conducting internal Recruitment for new staff • Conducting Training Needs Assessment • Keeping employees’ files. • Dealing with the insurance authority through a representative • Calculating the leaves for the employees • Handling the attendance record of the employees • Ensuring that rules & regulations are strictly adhered to • Taking any complaints and working on solving them.
