• Developing comprehensive MEAL plans, systems, processes, and tools for the project, ensuring alignment with the organization and donor requirements.• Ensuring the project is implemented in accordance with the three pillars of Accountability: Information sharing, participation, and feedback & reporting, while meticulously documenting relevant information.• Taking the lead in accurate and timely data collection efforts.• Conducting in-depth data analysis to derive actionable insights and recommendations for enhancing project performance.• Executing quarterly monitoring, evaluation, and accountability activities, including quality benchmarks and data quality assessments.• Documenting data collection and analysis findings, contributing to comprehensive and informative reports.• Ensuring monthly updates accurately reflect project progress and achievements.• Establishing robust accountability mechanisms, incorporating the voices of project participants in project design and implementation.• Actively engaging in program learning initiatives, facilitating discussions and knowledge-sharing sessions among project teams.• Supporting the development of compelling case studies and success stories for the project.• Conducting regular trainings to improve skills of staff, community mobilizers and enumerators on MEAL data collection tools. • Collaborating with program teams to actively engage in sensitizing beneficiaries, demonstrating a commitment to effective program implementation.• Preparing comprehensive reports and presentations on program performance, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
